Creating community through reconciliation

We believe wholeheartedly that everyone who lives in Jackson County belongs here, no matter the color of their skin, who they love, how much money they have, or how long they’ve lived here. That’s what southern hospitality means.

But we know that before we can say that everyone is welcome here, we have to reconcile ourselves with our past and with each other. We’re working on that reconciliation in whatever way we can.
